By downloading, installing, or using RaceDay ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms apply to all versions of RaceDay, including the free version and RaceDay Pro.
RaceDay is a motorsport calendar app developed by Maarten Rietdijk ("we", "us", or "our"). The app provides race schedules, session times, and push notifications for various motorsport series including Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, F1 Academy, MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, IndyCar, NASCAR, WRC, WEC, IMSA, DTM, Formula E, GT World Challenge, and others.
RaceDay is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, MotoGP, NASCAR, IndyCar, WRC, WEC, or any other racing series, team, driver, or governing body mentioned in the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RaceDay on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

RaceDay Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including the ability to follow more than three racing series, custom notifications per session type, and schedule change alerts.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat on our behalf.
RaceDay Pro may include a free trial period for new subscribers. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or through the "Manage Subscription" option within RaceDay. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes in advance, and continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Core features of RaceDay, including following up to three racing series and viewing race schedules, remain available free of charge. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in the free tier.
Race schedules, session times, and related information in RaceDay are sourced from publicly available data. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the app.
Race schedules are subject to change by race organizers at any time. You should always verify critical information through official sources before making travel or other arrangements.
RaceDay may send push notifications for session reminders and schedule change alerts. You can manage notification preferences within the app or through your device's iOS Settings. We are not liable for missed notifications due to device settings, connectivity issues, or other technical factors.
All content, design, and code in RaceDay is the property of Maarten Rietdijk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. Your use of RaceDay constitutes acceptance of their respective terms.
RaceDay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maarten Rietdijk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RaceDay, including but not limited to missed races or events due to inaccurate schedule information.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for RaceDay Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of RaceDay at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or App Store update notes. Your continued use of RaceDay after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
These Terms are between you and Maarten Rietdijk, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for RaceDay or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the App Store.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for RaceDay. To the extent that Apple offers any limited warranty, Apple's warranty obligation will be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
